February has inevitably arrived once again, bringing with it the promises of warm spring scents not too far away after it. This also means that valentines is just around the corner, burgeoning with feelings of love and giving. But whilst that is usually focused externally for your most loved ones, which is wonderful and admirable, we often forget to extend the same care to ourselves.
